Disnealand!

My wonderful parents have decided to take my family to Disneyland this summer! And like many all-American families, our family LOVES Disneyland! It is one of our all time favorite vacation locations. We have even begun to call it "Disnealand" (my maiden name is Neal). So in honor and anticipation of our vacation this coming June, here are some pictures of our last trip to Disneyland.
Last time we went to Disneyland was in June, 2006. It was right after Tyler and I had gotten married so it was Tyler's first vacation with us. Here we are on Mainstreet our first day! A classic picture, at least for our family.Natalie didn't end up getting these ears (I don't think). One of our favorite things to do as we have gotten older is to shop all the stores. True, they all carry the same overpriced crap and I almost NEVER buy anything, but shopping is all about the experience--leave it to Disney corp to be able to make shopping for crap a fun experience! Here are most of my sisters and me on the Mark Twain steamboat ride. (Holly, why are you missing?) This has become a repeat picture for us that we always take now when we visit the park. Our last trip was the first time on the Winnie the Pooh ride. This is in the Hefalumps and Woozles room. Psycadelic! The oldie but goodie Safari Boat ride. Relaxing as long as you know the hippos in the water aren't real. (But who doesn't know that?)It was actually my mom's birthday as well while we were there! So she got to wear a special sticker saying it was her birthday and all the employees told her happy birthday all day. Here we are at dinner at the restaurant (can't remember name) that is right near Pirates of the Caribean. We ate here, had a handful of desserts with candles in them for the birthday, opened presents, and stayed in our seats for Fantasmic! You know, in the past we have always only wanted to ride rides but as we are older we want to watch shows and parades more and shop more too. We watched fantasmic about 3-4 times in the 5 days we were there. Oh yeah, my family always goes for long amounts of time, usually 5 days! And we go all 5! We can't get enough! While there we got some free Dumbo tatoos since Disney was about to release the movie from the vault and was promoting it. Here we are displaying our sweet tats.
Let the count down to June begin!

I'm so jealous! I LOVE Disneyland, and I've been trying to talk Curt into taking us sometime soon so Tucker can experience it (even though he's still a little young...)! That's so exciting for you guys!!!

I'm so excited for you. We are actually taking my boyz to Disney world this fall for the first time as well. I hope they love it as much as there mother, because I will be 80 Years old and still going to Disney. I hope that you guys have a great time. You should really go one year on Halloween, because they have a Disney's not so scary Halloween party that is sooooo fun. The kids get to see all of the characters dressed up and they also get to trick or treat at all of the rides. It is so great.

YES! You're in out territory there! We have yearly passes and can go whenever we want :) Spoiled? Yes. We only live 15 minutes away. How could we not have annual passes?? Max loves it and Fox went for his first time at about 3 weeks old. ha ha! Let us know when you come. We know the ins and outs of Dland.
