(I have had this blog sitting waiting to be finished for about 2 weeks now and I realized I will never get to finish it how I want, so here it is as simply a photo narrative!)Back in February, I was feeling melancholy, a little seasonal depression maybe. I decided to make a point to look for the little things in life I cherish but maybe take for granted. I have two darling children growing up right before my eyes. Tyler is every bit my best friend, life partner and lover that anyone could hope for; there is very possibly more romance and sparks between us than ever before. I have a job I enjoy but only in a quantity I choose. I love where we live and the way we spend our time. So why should I be feeling blue? You would be surprised how quickly I went from feeling depressed to feeling like I had the most charmed life just by noticing, and documenting with these pictures, my favorite things in life. They are all small things that could so easily be overlooked, something I try hard not to let happen. They are also the things that make life worth while, the things we will remember with fondness when we are old and our lives are spent.

Cameron and Jane are growing up! They look so cute. We are blessed to have you and your sweet kids in our family. We are blessed to have Tyler too but he has always been there.
That was a fantastic treat for my evening to look at all those photos! What a great summary and tribute to life!Cameron is getting SO big! That is so cute of him watching TV with boots on,or thru your phone. I love seeing pix of the 2 kids together everywhere. And Jane sitting in that tiny storage bin, and nakie by the tub!!! You guys have a wonderful family and wonderful simple lives!!

Very sweet! You are very sweet. I was crying- I still am. Christine, my sister-in-law, is a really good example of beholding her little ones. She is very devoted and gives me inspiration. (and good ideas, I will tell you some sometime.) You are an inspiration too.
I LOVED the pix of you nursing Jane with Cam climbing on you, too. I remember having James take a pix of me like that with Sarah and Paige. It was one of my favs!
